Deka is a mediterranean restaurant, designed to provide variations of cultural food, outstanding recipes and amazing new ingredient combinations. We are planning to start in cairo, then to Sahel until we expand all over Egypt. Our aim is to begin with a 10 kitchens menu inspired from 10 mediterranean countries (egypt - greece- morroco - tunisia - libya - italy - spain - france - turkey - lebanon )
